1. Acceptance of terms

By using the Smart Serbia Travel platform you accept these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Use of the platform

• The platform is intended for information about tourist destinations and purchasing authentic Serbian products.
• Users must be at least 18 years old to order alcoholic products.
• Creating fake reviews or abusing the rating system is prohibited.

3. Shop and orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are in Serbian dinars (RSD). Delivery is available in Serbia and the EU. A 14-day right of return applies from receipt — with unopened goods returned in original packaging.

4. Intellectual property

Platform content (texts, logos, design) is owned by Smart Serbia Travel. Destination photos are sourced from Unsplash under a free licence.

5. Limitation of liability

Smart Serbia Travel provides information in good faith. We assume no liability for the accuracy of third-party information, availability of services or damage arising from use of the platform.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are resolved before the competent courts in Belgrade.
